If you are having troubles accessing your purchases, please follow these steps if you have purchased via JVZoo & Paypal:
1) Check your email inbox and spambox for an email from JVZoo with your JVZoo Customer Portal Login details.
2) Login to JVZoo Customer Portal at http://www.jvzoo.com/
3) Find the product you wish to access, click on the "Access My Purchase" button that will take you to a members-area signup page.
4) Signup there and login.
Please remember to do so for all the products you've purchased.
