Before requesting a refund, please make sure you follow these steps:
1) Please read our refund policy page on the product's website.
2) While creating a ticket for refund, please include your transaction IDs, date of purchase and proper reason for the request.
3) If you have opened a Paypal dispute or chargeback, you will need to close that for us to process your refund.
Once your refund request is placed with us, someone from the billings department will review it and get back to you within 2 working days.
If the refund request is approved, please allow up to 30 days for us to process the refund.
